Hi! My name is Coach Rahk Roberson.

As a first-generation college and grad school graduate who grew up low-income and raised in a single-parent home, I know firsthand the importance of mentorship, access, and guidance you can trust.

My work is rooted in the conviction of being who I needed growing up—creating real options, building paths where none seemed to exist, and helping Gen Z navigate school, career, self-growth, and life with clarity and confidence. My goal is to help develop legacy-minded leaders. I'm a Gen Z Pathfinder, Certified Career Services Provider, Certified Professional Life Coach, and founder of Black Girl College Prep® + Gen Z Pathfinder.
